1.1 These general conditions of contracting, together with the particular conditions that may be established, expressly regulate the relations between LedecSun, S.L., located in Malaga, C\/ Guernica 37 – C.P. 29004 and C.I.F.: B93379048, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Malaga, volume 5361, folio 13, 1st entry, page MA-126423 and users who use the Internet portal www.ledecsun.com.<\/p>\n

1.2 These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 7\/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Decree 1906\/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5. 3 of the Law 7\/1998, the General Law 26\/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the Law 7\/1996 of Retail Trade Regulation, the Royal Decree-Law 14\/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and as many legal provisions as may be applicable, as well as the Law 34\/2002 of July 11, 2002 on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.<\/p>\n

1.3 By using www.ledecsun.com, you become a User. The visit as well as the use and\/or acquisition of any of the products of the web www.ledecsun.com, suppose the acceptance as User, without reservations of any kind, of all and each one of the General Conditions, as well as in its case, of the Particular Conditions that govern the acquisition.<\/p>\n

2.1 The products offered on www.ledecsun.com, together with their characteristics and prices will appear on the screen. Also appear on the screen the shipping costs to the User’s address of the products, which in the case of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, will be free by the means of transport that LedecSun, S.L. has contracted at that time. For shipments to other locations, the rates indicated in the checkout process will apply.<\/p>\n

The prices of the articles shown on the screen are in Euros and include VAT for the national territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.<\/p>\n

2.2 In order to proceed with the purchase of Products, you must fill in the order form provided, which implicitly implies the reading and acceptance of all these General Conditions, as well as, if applicable, the existing Special Conditions.<\/p>\n

2.3 Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, together with the product, we will send the corresponding invoice to the address indicated by the User (when requested by the User). The order confirmation will not be valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Method of payment, delivery<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.1 Payment can be made through Paypal or Amazon Pay, systems to which LedecSun, S.L. is attached, in a secure environment since the confidential data of your card is transmitted encrypted to the Paypal or Amazon Pay server. LedecSun, S.L. will never have access to this data. Other payment methods available are bank transfer and credit card payment through the Redsys payment gateway system.<\/p>\n

3.2 LedecSun, S.L. undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User, at the address indicated by the buyer, as soon as possible (according to the shipping rate chosen by the customer). This date does not represent an obligation, although we will do our best to meet it. In the event of stock out, the customer will be immediately notified and will be able to cancel or modify the order without any cost within 24-48 working hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as well as the holiday period, will not be counted as working hours. It is important to remember that, in the case of transfers, this period begins to run upon receipt of the purchase amount, or of the transfer receipt, if applicable.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
