We make international shipments. The shipping cost is included in the sale price exclusively for shipments to Spain (peninsula and Balearic) and Portugal, for other countries you can consult us from our contact form.
The Canary Islands and other destinations outside the customs territory of the EU may be subject to taxes and / or duties that would be charged at the time of delivery of the package, at the buyer’s expense.
Once you have received confirmation of your payment, you will receive a delivery communication at your email address.
For peninsula, the delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, for the Balearic and Canary Islands the delivery time of the orders is from 4 to 6 working days approximately, the shipment will be made by transport agency.
In case of breakage of stock the customer would be warned, being able to cancel or modify the order without any expense.
We work with PayPal, bank transfer and payment by credit card through payment gateway with the Redsys system. Once you have added the product to the cart and decide to proceed with the purchase you can choose any of these three payment systems.
Returns and guarantees:
If you are not satisfied with your product or wish to make a change, these must be made in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving the order to manage the return or change. If you do not wish to receive another replacement item, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid when making the purchase to the card or payment system with which the purchase was made. The refund of the purchase price will be made as soon as possible within 10 days after the return of the item and the shipping costs arising from such return will be borne by the customer.
In LedecSun we offer 2 years warranty on all our products, during which time we will change the product if you have any manufacturing defect.
