Shipping
We ship internationally. The shipping cost is included in the sale price exclusively for shipments to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, for other countries please contact us through our contact form.
The Canary Islands and other destinations outside the EU customs territory may be subject to taxes and/or duties that would be charged at the time of delivery of the package, at the buyer’s expense.
Deadlines
Upon receipt of your payment confirmation, you will receive a shipping communication to your email address.
For mainland Spain, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, for the Balearic and Canary Islands the delivery time of the orders is 4 to 6 working days approximately, the shipment will be made by transport agency.
In case of stock out, the customer will be warned and may cancel or modify the order at no cost.
Delivery times in the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries are approximately 5 working days.
In Europe the delivery time is approximately 3 working days.
Payment
We work with PayPal, PayPal Checkout, Amazon Pay, bank transfer and credit card payment through Redsys payment gateway. Once you have added the product to the cart and decide to proceed with the purchase you can choose any of these three payment methods.
Returns and warranties
If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to make an exchange, these must be made in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving the order in order to manage the return or exchange. In the event that you do not wish to receive a replacement item, we will proceed to reimburse the amount you paid at the time of purchase to the card or payment system with which the purchase was made. The refund of the purchase amount will be made as soon as possible within 10 days after the return of the item and the shipping costs arising from such return shall be borne by the customer.
At LedecSun we offer a 2 year warranty on all our products, during which time we will replace the product in case of any manufacturing defect.
Data protection and security
In compliance with the rules and conditions on data privacy, we guarantee the absolute confidentiality of the information we collect. Your data will be included in a file whose sole purpose will be to keep you informed about our products and promotions. However, if you do not wish to be included in this file, please write to [email protected] and let us know. For more information on this matter, please refer to the “Privacy Policy” section of this website.
Products damaged in shipment
In case your order arrives damaged, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected] as soon as possible and we will give you an immediate solution. We will proceed to reimburse the amount you paid when making the purchase to the card or payment system with which the purchase was made.
